Large upgrade kit for the primary transmission of all PV125, ET3, PK80-125 S/XL/XL2 engines (also usable in 50cc engines if a primary with jerk damper/springs is installed there).

Consisting of:

• CNC BGM Pro clutch basket (nitrided)

• CNC BGM Pro cover plate (nitrided)

• Screw connection

The set massively strengthens the primary drive and makes it durable even for powerful engines. The solid CNC milled cover plate effectively prevents the thin series plates from breaking through and keeps the shock absorber springs in place. The reinforced clutch basket offers complete safety even on extremely powerful and high-torque engines thanks to the high-strength 42CrMo4 material used. The additional surface hardening (nitriding) makes it almost wear-resistant and prevents the clutch facings from working their way in. A recess in the basket allows the clutch pinion to be replaced without dismantling the entire primary.

The evolutionary stage of our popular HD primary kit now consists of only two components and thus simplifies the assembly compared to the old version with loose sleeves and two cover plates considerably. It is now also suitable for the clutch baskets of the XL2 versions. The kit does not fit the springless primary baskets of the 50cc models.
