Proximity sensor M5 (inductive), NPN, minus/mass signa
The inductive proximity sensor can be used as an alternative tachometer sensor on all our instruments. It does NOT require magnets for pulse pickup.
It is normally directed at sufficiently large rotating metal parts. Depending on the motorcycle, it is more demanding to adjust than e.g. a reed contact.
thread M5, length approx. 25 mm, incl. two screw nuts. Cable length 200 cmo.
WARNING: this is a MINUS ACTIVE sensor and is used with the current instruments!
Please refer to your manual to see if your instrument expects a MINUS/MASS signal
If you are looking for a replacement for such a sensor, DW-AD-621-M5 NPN should be on the cable.<
Otherwise use the PLUS active sensor with order number 9007046.
