Die schwarze Farbe wird durch ein kompliziertes und aufwändiges Verfahren angebracht, dass sich DLC (Diamond-like-Carbon) nennt.
Dabei werden die Diamantschichten (Kohlenstoffschichten) in mehreren Schichten auf die Schraube aufgetragen und machen sie zu einem Unikat.
Hergestellt aus 316er Edelstahl, welches folgende Vorteile bietet:
- hervorragende Festigkeit
- ausgezeichnete Korrosionsbeständigkeit
- hohe Beständigkeit gegen Säuren
