Gegenüber ihrem Vorgänger, der 520ATV, konnte bei der Entwicklung der 520ATV2 eine Steigerung der Zugfestigkeit erreicht werden.
Eine besondere Stahllegierung sorgt für eine hohe Festigkeit, um den Belastungen speziell beim Quadrennsport widerstehen zu können.
Durch die patentierten X-Ringe sind zudem die Reibungsverluste durch die Kette minimiert und eine lange Lebensdauer garantiert.
