Malossi MHR carburettor kit for solid power curve right up to the top end. Dellorto 19mm PHBG is a solid starting point for mid to high end cylinders. Delivery includes hand-operated choke lever and racing air filter 21mm gives better performance over the 19mm, but more in the top end. The PWK, TM or VHST 26mm or 28mm carbs offer even greater power, but require more fine tuning. You are never far wrong with a 19mm. Dellorto M5 main jets supplied.
