Dieser emissionsarme Klebstoff für den Bereich Fahrzeugreparatur & Instandhaltung deckt ein breites Anwendungsspektrum für die Kunststoffreparatur und das Kleben von Bauteilen ab und bietet dabei mehr Arbeitssicherheit und höhere Leistung (perfekte Klebkraft)
Basierend auf der „Micro Emission“ ME- Technologie wurde der Isocyanatgehalt so deutlich verringert, dass die Kennzeichnungspflicht mit dem R40 Satz entfällt
Es gibt keine besonderen Anforderungen für die Lagerung und die Gesundheitsbelastungen der Anwender werden auf ein Minimum reduziert
Ultraschnelle Aushärtung: Ausgezeichnete Schleifbarkeit bereits nach ca. 5 Minuten (kann durch Wärme bis 60°C beschleunigt werden)
Einfach Überlackierbar (auch wegen der hellgrauen Farbe)
Hervorragende Haftung auf Kunststoffen (ausgenommen Polyolefine) in Kombination mit Terokal 150 als Haftvermittler (dieser Primer wird ebenfalls beim Einsatz von schwer zu klebende Kunststoffe emfohlen)
Viele so genannte "Smart Repair" Arbeiten (also die "schlauen" Reparaturen ohne Demontage) können ohne Fixierungen durchgeführt werden
