Teroson Windscreen Adhesive Terostat 8596 is a high-performance, 1K-PUR standard adhesive designed specifically for cold processing. Ideal for bonding car windows across all vehicle types, this adhesive is perfect for applications where low conductivity and high shear modulus are not essential.
With excellent stability and no stringing, it adheres to the strict recommendations set forth by vehicle manufacturers. The product features various drive away times, making it versatile for different scenarios.
The application method is straightforward, and it is best used with the PowerLine II applicator gun. It operates effectively at room temperature and offers a working time of 25 minutes. For airbag installations, the drive away time in accordance with FMVSS 212/208 is just 6 hours.
Please note the requirement for training in handling diisocyanates, effective from August 24, 2023, for all commercial and industrial users of products containing a concentration of monomeric diisocyanates of 0.1 percent by weight or more.
