Design, dimensions and the double-sided receptacles of the throttle cable are based on the original. However, the throttle cable offered here has an inner PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) sliding sleeve. The high self-lubricating properties of the PTFE material allow a durable and very easy sliding process without the need for additional lubrication.
PTFE cables never lubricate subsequently, since lubricants lead to swelling of the sliding material and thus have exactly the opposite effect.
