Bei quietschenden Bremsen die Antiquietschfolie auf die Rückenplatte kleben.
Die Folie besteht aus verschiedenen Materialebenen, die das Quietschen absorbieren.
- Vibrationsresistent
- Temperaturresistent
- schont die Kolben
- besseres Bremsgefühl
Quietschen entsteht durch die Anregung des Systems zu einem Bremsvorgang und den daraus resultierenden Vibrationen.
Diese erzeugen Schallwellen, die innerhalb eines Frequenzbereiches hörbar werden.
Da alle ungefederten Massen Einfluß auf die Anregung des Systems nehmen, verändert sich die Frequenz durch Änderungen innerhalb des Systems.
Dazu gehören u.a. der Reifendruck, die Befestigung des Bremssattels, die Beschaffenheit der Bremsscheibe und die einwandfreie Funktionstüchtigkeit des hydraulischen Systems.
Auch die Geschwindigkeit, aus der ein Bremsvorgang eingeleitet wird, hat Einfluß auf den Frequenzbereich.
Häufig können sich auch Beläge mit einem anderen Reibwert positiv darauf auswirken.
