Oetiker Lochbandklemmen Dual Hook, im Koffer, 124-tlg.Ideale Problemlösung beim Befestigen von Manschetten an Achsgelenkwellen und Lenkgetrieben.Die neue DualHook-Technologie von Oetiker verspannt Haken und Fenster des Ober- und Unterbandes miteinander. Drei DualHook-Elemente sorgen für extra hohe Schließkraft.Durch Sicken an beiden Seiten jedes Fensters wird die Bandfestigkeit verstärkt.
Nut-Feder-Design:Die Klemme ist mit einer speziellen Führungsnut versehen, welche die Feder über den gesamten Schließbereich aufnimmt. Die Federspitze ist so ausgeführt, dass sie leicht in die Führung eingleitet und dabei die StepLess®-Funktion der Bandklemme gewährleistet.
Optimierte Verschlusskonstruktion:Um die Klemme in der richtigen Position zu verspannen, muss das Band so weit wie möglich vorgeschoben werden, so dass der Haken in das Fenster eingreift, das den kleinstmöglichen Durchmesser ergibt. Alle drei Haken an Ober- und Unterband müssen vollständig verspannt werden. Bei der korrekt geschlossenen Klemme sind die Spitzen der Unterbandhaken von außen sichtbar.
