Der neue D427 wird in der Erstausrüstung von HD z.B in 2008 auf der FXDF Dyna Fat Bob verbaut.
Als langjähriger alleiniger Erstausrüster von HD besitzt Dunlop ein sehr umfangreiches Wissen über die richtige Bereifung für diese legendären Motorräder.
Der D427 wurde hauptsächlich in Richtung Handling und Haftung verbessert.
