Introducing ELRING sealant Dirko HT in black, the premium choice for high-temperature applications. This one-component silicone-based sealant is formulated with advanced oxim technology, providing excellent resistance to high temperatures while maintaining a permanently elastic performance.
Dirko™ HT offers superior adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including metals, cast iron, plastics (excluding PE, PP, and PTFE), and glass. Its unique curing process activates upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, ensuring a durable and reliable seal.
With a versatile range of applications, Dirko™ HT is ideal for sealing valve covers, oil pans, water and oil pumps, differential housings, gearbox housings, gearbox oil pans, thermostat housings, control housings, axle covers, flange connections, headlights, tail lights, and battery boxes.
This sealant boasts excellent resistance to mineral oils (with additives), synthetic oils, greases, coolants, UV radiation, hot and cold water, salt water, cleaning agents, as well as weak acids and alkalis.
Featuring a pasty consistency that remains stable and elastic once cured, Dirko™ HT performs effectively within a temperature range of -60°C to +285°C (and even up to +315°C for short durations). This 70ml tube ensures you have a reliable solution for your sealing needs.
