Frame & upholstery
The basis is a powder-coated, solid metal frame. This follows the contours of the frame very nicely and can also be used on cars with a high tank (e.g. Rally, GS160, SS180). The beautiful seat cover with waffle optic on the flanks as well as embossed quilting on the seat surface offers together with the grey piping a great harmonious look. It also offers good slip resistance and has a matt surface. The cover is not only glued but, as was customary at the time, also hooked into the frame by metal lugs.
