WILBERS Fork springs for APRILIA RXV 450 12-, lowering 100 mm incl. reducing sleeves

Fork springs ZERO friction, APRILIA RXV 450 12-, lowering incl. reducing sleeves, with ABE.

Wilbers progressive fork springs
With Wilbers' fork springs you achieve a perfect tuning of your fork without breakthrough.
Therefore you get an ABE and save even moreTime and money for entries.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The ABE is only valid if a corresponding Wilbers shock absorber is used for lowering.

Reduction of friction throughFine grinding, this is how the ZERO friction is created.
The components to be machined, such as our fork springs, are located in the vibratory grinding process together with a specialtuned grinding wheel in a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator. The vibrations of the container generate a relative movement between the workpiece and the grinding wheel andlead to a smoothing of the component surface due to the constant rubbing against each other. At the end of the processing a fine, shiny surface is obtained. Especially for our fork springs meansthis reduction of surface roughness a minimization of friction = ZERO friction.
