cylinder kit Malossi aluminium sport 2016 210cc incl. cylinder head for Vespa 200 Rally / P200E M.31163460

Redesigned 210cc aluminium cylinder kit including Sport 2016 cylinder head for Vespa Rally/ P200E/ PX200 E/ Lusso/ `98/ MY/ Cosa 200 Classic scooters. Malossi have now given the cylinder a special external coating which improves heat dissipation. Additionally a graphite coated VERTEX piston gets to work immediately to reduce wear during the running-in phase. At 224g, the VERTEX piston is almost light enough to take off. This reduction of weight is the result of amongst other things the use of larger voids in the piston and a shorter piston skirt, and so it`s no longer to shorten the bottom end of the piston when using a 60s long stroke crankshaft. Technical details: cylinder liner diameter: 68.5mm. Material: Aluminium. Transfer ports: 7. Stroke: 57mm including cylinder head. Compression ratio: 12.5:1 with graphite coated VERTEX piston and two Trapez piston rings. High Turbulence Squish Racing (HTSR) cylinder head with SI 120 and SI 130 nozzles including in the package. Tip: the engine housing should be adjusted to fit the larger cylinder transfers -although this isn`t immediately necessary- and a Fast-Flow petrol tap should be fitted. Warning: the Malossi cylinder is not suitable for mounting on 200cc Piaggio engine blocks because the stud holes are the wrong size. We recommend checking the fit of the Malossi cylinder on your engine block before mounting the piston. Those who want to play it safe are best to resort to the optional Malossi engine housing M.5714493.
