ESJOT is a producer of the two-wheel industry with the nation's most extensive stock of sprockets and pinions. The steels used meet the highest requirements and thus satisfy OEM quality. High tensile strengths of the material guarantee a long service life. The aluminum sprockets are made of aluminum 7075 version T6. This hardened material, in conjunction with complete milling on the latest CNC machines, guarantees the highest quality. Of course all ESJOT sprockets are anodized.

The innovative Diamond-Cut production process for the toothing of sprockets with which a significantly higher quality standard is achieved compared to the conventional milled sprocket. Precision tools give you an optimized cutting pattern. At the same time, the material is highly strengthened in the tooth flank area, so that in many cases an additional hardening process is unnecessary. Only the highest quality German steels are used to ensure consistently high quality.
